Daylight

a whiteboard for exactly one day

Space is time. The board runs left → right, morning → night. The pool of light always sits at now and drifts across the desk with the real clock, so at a glance you can see where you are in the day and what's coming.

The line is the day. Everything above it is today. Everything below lives in the margins — carried over from yesterday, or not today at all. When the night is over, whatever slipped glides down here by itself and the morning starts clean; yesterday is kept in the archive. Cards you finish gather by themselves at the right end of the line — the day's harvest — and ride back if you un-check them.
